Sign up with just an email — no credit card required. You get full access to the Basic plan for 14 days. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your workspace will be paused. Nothing gets billed unless you explicitly opt in.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes prorate automatically through Stripe, so you only pay for what you use. Annual billing comes with a discount; reach out if you'd like to lock that in.
An active client is one with an open project, an outstanding invoice, or any login activity in the last 30 days. Archived clients don't count toward your limit, so you can keep historical work in your workspace without hitting the cap.
Annual billing saves you roughly two months versus monthly. We also offer non-profit and education discounts on a case-by-case basis. Drop us a line and we'll sort it.
Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation, with full export available at any time. After 30 days the workspace and all associated files are permanently deleted. We never sell or share your data.
Full white-labeling — custom domain, custom emails, your branding everywhere — is Enterprise-only. Basic and Professional include extensive theming (logo, colors, typography), which is enough for most agencies.
